MSBA Accelerated Repair Program (ARP)
The Town of Winchendon, on behalf of Winchendon Public Schools, is soliciting sealed bids for the Memorial Elementary School Building Updates Project, located at 32 Elmwood Road, Winchendon, MA.
The estimated construction cost is $9,000,000.
Please note: The project has been readvertised to include Waterproofing/Dampproofing/Caulking as an additional filed sub-bid category.

General Bid Deadline:
November 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM
Pre-Bid Walkthrough:
October 29, 2026, at 3:30 PM, at the main entrance of Memorial Elementary School.
Only prequalified General Contractors holding current DCAMM certification in General Building Construction are eligible to submit general bids. Filed sub-bidders must hold appropriate DCAMM certification for their respective trades.
