Please join us for our second Portrait of a Graduate July conversation. Recent events have once again elevated the importance of the Black Lives Matter movement and issues of systemic racism, equity, and social justice in our community. We hope this discussion will give community members, families, and in particular, students, to have a place to share their voice, hopes, and ideas for how schools should address these important topics in the future. Who should join us? Community members, school staff and teachers, and in particular families and students are invited! Must register to attend! Link to register: https://forms.gle/PLWGH6NKWZY1FAez5

Calling all students, parents/guardians, and community members! As part of our ongoing Portrait of a Graduate grant project funded by the Barr Foundation, we are hosting a community discussion aimed to positively re-imagine what school could look like moving forward. This new COVID environment is unexpected and puts a strain on us all. School administrators are doing their best to make decisions about safety and learning for our kids and we will share your ideas with them. The Portrait of a Graduate grant specifically works with MWCC and Fitchburg, Gardner, Leominster, and Winchendon Public School districts, but all members of the North Central Mass community are welcome to join and share their perspectives. Please join us on Thursday, June 25 at 7PM for a Zoom meeting. You must register to receive the Zoom link: https://forms.gle/8RXXQJQzKEcYjXGq6. Students are encouraged to join! Spanish translation will be provided upon request.
