WORLD HISTORY: COLLEGE PREP

Enclosed are 10 readings from a wide range of world history primary sources. Some of the readings are more difficult to read and understand than others. However, you will find that multiple readings of a source will yield clarity and understanding. How does one eat an elephant? One bite at a time :). So, read slowly and actively - talk to yourself as you read; ask questions, jot notes, look up definitions, if necessary. Use your imagination:

Why would he - she - they do what they did? Who did it benefit? What have I learned?

The questions are endless. Do your best. Learning is actually exciting.

Please see the full assignment.
